One of the four wheel broken during the trip.And the greatest thing is i have just bought it on 5 jan and took the first flight on 6jan and its wheel breaked on the same day. Really why is this company making there coustumers fool buy giving them 3 year warranty. I m very disappointed and suggest not to ever buy any stuff from this brand.
I asked for a home delivery (not a pick up) but UPS left the suitcase at their UPS drop off point with no attempt made to deliver it to my address as agreed at time of purchase. I tried to change this on the UPS website but I couldn’t even log in. So I emailed American Tourister asking them to honour the home delivery and I’ve yet to receive an email back from them. Zipper broke on our 2nd trip ever, I would not recommend this brand to anyone. Usually I never write a review on anything, but this is just a horrible experience.
Bought a set of three Bon Air Spinner cases at a bargain price. They were not my first choice, but I thought they were a reputable brand and the price was too good to miss. The pull-out handle on the medium case broke on the first day shortly after we got off our first train.
