I filled out repair forms and paid $15 to mail off my product to the warehouse only for them to tell me they were unable to do anything for me. They offered to american tourister travel bag recycle my bag or send it back so I opted for them to send it back, but I now have a suitcase I’m unable to use. I would NOT recommend American Tourister as they don’t seem to care about the quality or longevity of their product nor about helping the customer once they have purchased it.

Usually I never write a review on anything, but this is just a horrible experience. Return is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is New, without traces of use. There is a purchase receipt, uncut tags and packaging. The four wheels make it easier to balance a very full bag. I recently purchased a medium suitcase from their website. I asked for a home delivery (not a pick up) but UPS left the suitcase at their UPS drop off point with no attempt made to deliver it to my address as agreed at time of purchase. I tried to change this on the UPS website but I couldn’t even log in. So I emailed American Tourister asking them to honour the home delivery and I’ve yet to receive an email back from them.
